John F Kennedy Gravesite - Arlington National Cemetery

President John F Kennedy is one of the two presidents (along with President William Howard Taft) who is buried in Arlington Memorial Cemetery in Virginia, USA.
Due to the flock of large crowds, his gravesite, which was originally located on a sloping hillside between Arlington House and Lincoln Memorial, was decided by the family to be transferred to a more suitable site. It was completed on July 20, 1967. To commemorate and serve as a landmark of the late president’s gravesite location, an eternal flame was placed at the head of the grave. It burns from the center of a five-foot circular granite stone.
