John Deere, the founder of Deere & Company, started his business venture on February 7, 1804. Despite struggling in the early years, he ultimately found success in Grand Detour, and he has never looked back since then. Today, Deere & Company is part of fortune 500 companies and has an estimated market cap of $112.80 Billion.
