According to The John Morton Project:

Originally constructed circa 1698, the Morton Homestead was home to John Morton’s grandfather, Morton Mortenson, and subsequent Morton family members. The Homestead sits in what was once the colony of New Sweden, and it is one of the oldest buildings in Pennsylvania.
