"Women Artists of Butte" Opening Reception

In celebration of Women's History Month, the Carle Gallery will be exhibiting "Women Artists of Butte," a collaborative art exhibit, with an Opening Reception, Tuesday March 4th from 5-8pm. The Carle Gallery, located in the Butte-Silver Bow Public Library, will host Ellen Baumler's lecture, "Public Women, Private Places, and the Business of Prostitution," Tuesday, March 11th at 5:30pm (226 W. Broadway Ave. ) The World Museum of Mining will also have an exhibit on display in the gallery regarding important women of Butte throughout the years.
