Vengeance or Justice?

250 years ago, British soldiers opened fired on a crowd at King Street in Boston. Three men lay dead and many more were wounded. Was it a plot to commit murder or self defense? Should the people of Boston extract vengeance against the soldiers or call for law and order above all else?
