Roseland Cottage hosts "Party at the Pink House" on July 28

WOODSTOCK, CONN. – Celebrate a summer evening with a garden party at Historic New England’s Roseland Cottage on Saturday, July 28 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

The party features wine from Taylor Brooke Winery, hors d'oeuvres from Mack's Catering Service, dessert by The Inn at Woodstock Hill, and music by Celtic harpist Debbie Vinick. 

While the house is instantly recognizable for its pink exterior, Roseland Cottage has an equally colorful interior, featuring elaborate wall coverings, heavily patterned carpets, and stained glass. During Party at the Pink House guests will also have an opportunity for an after-hours look inside the house to help unmask hidden treasures and secrets focusing on the children who summered at Roseland Cottage. 

Proceeds benefit the preservation of this National Historic Landmark and its unique landscape. Must be 21 or older. Roseland Cottage is at 556 Route 169 in Woodstock, Conn.
