Andy Volpe has been working with Gary Gregory, proprietor of the Printing Office of Edes & Gill since 2010 replicating the copperplate engravings of Revere, including a full-size exact replica of Revere's Boston Massacre for its 250th anniversary, one of only 2 such replicas created in the 21st century done exactly as Revere made his.  Volpe has also been involved with the Museum of Printing since 2009, where he focuses on intaglio printing from 1450-1800, researching & curating the Klein collection of prints, and gives lectures & presentations at the Museum and at several venues and historical events throughout New England.

This printing demo is part of a series of 250th commemorations at the Museum of Printing, made possible with a grant from the Massachusetts Office of Travel & Tourism and the Massachusetts 250th commission (MA250)
