Old School Revue Perform at Music at the Barn

The Weston History & Culture Center’s popular outdoor summer concert series, Music at the Barn, closes its 8th season with a performance by Old School Revue on Sunday September 10, 2023. Grounds open at 5:00pm; Music from 5:30pm - 7pm. JR’s Food Truck on site selling delicious burgers, dogs and fries! Bring a lawn chair, BYOB and enjoy the show! Tickets at the door or in advance: https://westoncthistory.org. WHCC Members: $15 per person; General admission: $20 per person; Children 12 and under: FREE. Concerts are rain or shine. In addition to the music, Weston Arts will be offering portrait drawing, there will be a kids crafting table, fun lawn games, and a walk through the Daniel E. Offutt, III Sculpture Garden. Explore history with a self-guided tour of the new exhibition, “Weston Illustrated: Penned, Painted & Sculpted”. Members of the Weston History & Culture Center receive a complimentary glass of beer and wine from 5pm – 6pm.

Old School Revue celebrates the golden age of American Rhythm and Blues - featuring spirited renditions of Classic tunes from the heyday of R&B, Soul, Rock, Jazz & n Swing. The band focuses on songs we all loved, but rarely ever hear live, from Booker T. & The MG's, Steely Dan, Quincy Jones, Louis Prima, The Band, Clapton, Joe Cocker, Bonnie Raitt, Aretha Franklin, The Beatles, Albert, B.B. and Freddie King, Blood Sweat and Tears and The Meters…. the architects of "modern” music since 1960.

The Weston History & Culture Center is located at 104 Weston Road Weston, CT. Parking is FREE and located in our parking lot on High Acre Road. Overflow parking along High Acre Road. Concerts are rain or shine. Please bring a lawn chair or blanket as seating is outside. Indoor restrooms are on site.
