9th Annual Central City Creepy Crawl

Join the Gilpin Historical Society for the 9th Annual Creepy Crawl and explorer the darker side of Central City's history.  These 60+ minute tours are led by volunteers from the Gilpin Historical society and allow guests a chance to peek around the dark corners and cold hallways of some of Central City's most historic buildings, some of which are off limits the rest of the year.  Five actors tell chilling stories based on true events from Central City's past, including ghosts, murders, and even a witch.  Dates for this year's Creepy Crawl are October 20, 21, 27, and 28.  Tours begin at 7 p.m. and a new group departs every 20 minutes until 9:20 (the 9:40 tour is reserved for walkups).
